Burger Salad

This salad is so filling and delicious that your whole family will love it! You can prep the ingredients in advance to make for a quick week night meal.

Even if you have people in your family who do not like salad this is going to be a winner!

RECIPE

  1. Cook your bacon and ground beef. I cook my bacon in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. (If you are wanting to meal prep this you can pre cook your meats and set them aside in the fridge)

  2. Chop romaine lettuce, cherry tomato’s, red onion, pickles and bacon and add to your plate. Once your ground beef is cooled you can sprinkle it over top.

  3. Dressing: In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup of mayo, 1/2 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup and 2 tsp of pickle juice.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over and enjoy!
